Warranty / Replacement Claims
1. - Disclaimer of Limited Lifetime Warranties for Rods
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All fishing rods are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner.
Replacement Claim (No-Questions-Asked)
• Customers may purchase a replacement claim for a broken rod with no questions asked.
• Replacement claims are subject to current pricing and product availability.
Factory Defect Claims
• If a factory defect is suspected, the rod must be shipped to us for inspection.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement or resolution will be provided at our discretion.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• All returned rods must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
Discontinued Models
If a rod model has been discontinued, we will offer a replacement that is closest in specifications and performance, or provide 50% off a rod of the customer’s choice from the current catalog.
General
Warranty and replacement options are non-transferable.
Proof of purchase may be required.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2 - Disclaimer of Limited Lifetime Warranties for Net Handles
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All net handles are covered under a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner.
Composite Warranty Coverage (3K Twill Black)
• Composite Net Handles covered under warranty will be replaced with either a
• Composite 3K Twill Black net handle or a fiberglass net handle, depending on the handle being returned. Replacement net handle will be of equal or lesser value.
Special 3K Composite Colored Net Handles
• All specialty color, limited run, discontinued patterns/colors and all 3K twill color net handles will be warrantied with a Composite 3K Twill Black net handle or fiberglass net handle only depending on current inventory availability.
• pecial Composite net handles are not used for warranty replacements.
Fiberglass Handles
• All fiberglass net handles will be warrantied with another fiberglass net handle of similar specifications.
Color Availability
• Colors are not guaranteed for warranty replacements.
• Customers must select from in-stock options only when claiming a net handle replacement.
Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to normal wear, including wear at the button hole where the net yoke attaches to the handle.
General
• Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• We reserve the right to modify or deny warranty claims that fall outside these terms.

4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped.
Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Talon Rods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
Returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Product Use & Disclaimer
Fishing rods and components sold by Talon Rods are intended for their designed recreational fishing purposes only.
Improper use, modification, or misuse may result in damage or injury.
Talon Rods is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, installation, or use of products.
Custom or modified products may have limited or no warranty coverage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, images, product descriptions, text, graphics, and designs—is the property of Talon Rods and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Talon Rods.
8. User Conduct
