Shipping Locations
• We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
• Order processing and turnaround time are dependent on inventory availability.
• Most rods ship within 24 hours.
• Some orders may require a 48–72 hour processing time before shipment.
Shipping Carriers
• We ship using most major carriers - FedEx, USPS, UPS
• Carrier selection is determined based on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping is flat-rate fee subject to change on shipping cost
• Free shipping is given to customer over a certain purchase amount, that amount is subject to change at any time.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order ships.
Shipping Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information
• Reshipment fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Customers should report shipping damage or lost shipments within in 24-48 hours upon expected delivery tracking information.
Signature Requirements (if applicable)
Some high-value rods or oversized packages may require a signature.
