What is your Warranty?

We offer a 14 day return policy if the rod has not not been used. If the rod breaks in those 14 days due to a manufacturing error, we will replace it with the same model. If it is past the 14 day period we offer our Replacement Warranty Program.

How our Replacement Warranty works

When you purchase a Talon rod, all of our blanks and rods are built and assembled here in Woodland, Washington. Sometimes things happen, so we will replace your rod with our no questions asked Rod Replacement Warranty.  

• 2 piece Rods $50 replacement per section (Tip Section or Butt Section)
• 1 piece Freshwater Rods $75 per rod
• 1 piece Saltwater Rods - $100 per rod
• XMB & XMW - $100 per rod
  
  We do everything we can to keep Replacement Rods & Rod Sections in stock. If it is not instock, please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the rod model, to be shipped out to you. But rest assured, we will do everything we can to make sure we help you out.
