 We offer a 14 day warranty from the time we ship your product. Please check your blanks before you build them into a rod. We offer a 50% discount for those times when none of us know what happened. Email us your issue and we can talk about a solution. 

 When we build you a rod, we only use the best materials and process. We will replace your rod with our no questions asked warranty.  2pc Rods $50 replacement per section or 1pc Rods $75 per rod. 

 Rather than waste more money and shipping the blanks back to us we will give you a 1 time 50% off coupon code so you can buy another batch at 50% off. We don't give refunds on blanks.
